This year, by purchasing a Pre-sale Ticket at SGD$50 online, collectors who want all 3 Hot Toys exclusives will be able to pre-pay for them during our Roadshow in Singapore & Malaysia!
Collection will be open for attendees throughout the entire duration of STGCC. No more overnight queues!

STGCC 2012 – HOT TOYS EXCLUSIVES – PRE-SALE PROCEDURE

1. Purchase your Pre-Sale Ticket Online
   • The Pre-Sale Ticket is priced at SGD$50 each
   • Pre-Sale Ticket will be available for purchase online @ www.singaporetgcc.com/buy-tickets from 16 August 2012, 12 noon (Singapore Time)
   • Pre-Sale Ticket is limited to 400 sets only
   • Each ticket entitles holder to purchase 1 set of Hot Toys exclusives during STGCC Roadshow in Singapore & Malaysia
2. Proceed to the Hot Toys Pre-Sale Roadshow to make your pre-payment

     Time: 11am – 7pm
     Venue: Room 3A, Level 3, Sands Expo and Convention Center, Marina Bay Sands

   • Payment terms: CASH only
     
   • Please bring along your Gatecrash confirmation e-mail and NRIC/Passport for verification purposes
   • Pre-payment has to be paid in full by Monday, 20 August 2012, 7pm, or the Pre-Sale Ticket will be void
     
   • A receipt and pre-sales form will be issued upon successful pre-payment of your Hot Toys exclusives set at the roadshow

   • Payment terms: Cash & Major Credit Cards
     
   • Please bring along your Gatecrash confirmation e-mail and IC/Passport for verification purposes
   • Pre-payment has to be paid in full by Monday, 20 August 2012, 7pm, or the Pre-Sale Ticket will be void
     
   • A receipt and pre-sales form will be issued upon successful prepayment of your Hot Toys exclusive set at the roadshow.

STGCC 2012 – HOT TOYS EXCLUSIVES – PRE-SALE ROADSHOW

Q: Can I make pre-payment for the set at the Roadshow without the Pre-Sale Ticket?
A: The Pre-Sale Ticket is required to purchase the set at the Roadshow.

Q: Can I purchase multiple sets?
A: For multiple set purchases, you will need to purchase an equivalent number of Pre-Sale Tickets.

Q: Can I purchase individual pieces and not the entire set?
A: The Roadshow only caters to set purchases. Individual piece purchase during STGCC is subject to availability. Each piece will retail at S$319.90 onsite. Buyers will need to purchase a STGCC ticket for admission

Q: I have purchased the Pre-Sale Ticket.  Can I ask my friend or relative to make the payment on my behalf at the Roadshow?
A: To make pre-payment on your behalf, your friend or relative needs to produce a copy of your IC/Passport and Gatecrash confirmation email.

Q: I have purchased the Pre-Sale Ticket. I can't make payment on the day of the Roadshow.  Can I make payment instead during STGCC 2012?
A: Payment has to be made in full during the Roadshow.

Q: I did not utilize the Pre-Sale Ticket due to unforeseen circumstances. Can I get a refund?
A: No refund will be given for any unutilized Pre-Sale Ticket.

Q: When can I pick up my purchase?
A: You can pick up your purchase anytime during STGCC 2012.

Q: When can I collect the bonus Hot Toys Tote Bags, Hot Toys Premiums, 2 x STGCC 2-Day Tickets and 2 x STGCC Tote Bag?

Q: If I purchase the set of 3 on-site during STGCC, do I still get the bonus Hot Toys Tote Bag, Premiums, STGCC 2-Day Tickets?
A: The bonus items are limited to 400 sets and only available during the Roadshow.

For the first time in Singapore, the Hot Toys sculptors from Korea will meet the fans on 2 September 2012, at the main stage, from 3 – 4pm.
